Riders sought for survey on additional training

Riders are being encouraged to share their attitudes towards additional skills training, by taking a short survey.

The survey has been devised by the Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA), as part of work to develop an initiative to encourage more riders to take up advanced rider training.

The first step in this process is a short survey to understand attitudes of riders.

The survey identifies potential barriers to additional training, current knowledge, expectations, demographics and areas where riders feel their skills can improve, and how they would go about doing this.

Evaluation of the data will give insight into how best to communicate with riders – and an understanding of which rider groups may be more receptive to a particular style of messaging.
