A charity founded by an intensive care consultant in Dorset is looking to promote motorbike safety and expand free workshops for bikers.
Dr Ian Mew launched DocBike to pair trained paramedics with medically-equipped motorbikes to help them attend roadside collisions. It also works with Biker Down training courses to educate motorcyclists.
Now, after analysing crashes involving motorbikes, he’s determined to raise awareness of the importance of further training for riders.
